creeping vs leaping

When to creep and when to leap?

The key in anything is to move back and forth -meaning there are times when you need to creep-go slow and there are times where you need to take quantum leaps!
If you know the art of knowing when to go fast and when to go slow then you can get whatever you want because you are no more a generalizer meaning you don't apply the same formula to all types of math sums!By the way you can learn this art by reading a lots of books and comments on the net!This will give you exposure that will develop your mind over a period of time!

Finance

Its safe to say that Warren buffet is a creeper not a leaper-meaning he doesn't buy stuff he doesn't know about-he as you know is always within his circle of competence.
Some people who are new at investing and don't know how to manage their funds (they get no training about it) the chances are most of them take leaps like investing in the stock market and they lose money.
So in finance creeping is good.

Fitness

If a person who hasn't run for a while say 30 days -if he starts running at full speed for an hour!
So in fitness creeping works.
But you can read blogs and books on health with speed.But change gradually and notice the changes in your body by making a change -example :quitting sugar...you must make a memory in your mind that in 2014 I quit sugar and lost 5 kgs otherwise no point-either write down your measurable difference or don't waste your time because life is too long -in the future you might meet a person saying sugar is good for you and if he convinces you-your experiment and losing 5 kgs will be futile!!
Just notice what works.

Enlightenment

In the case of self realization creeping won't help you have to take a quantam leap into the unknown -you will have to completely leave your mind and not rely upon it at all-Since all enlightened people Like Deepak Chopra,Sadhguru,Osho,Wayne Dyer,Anthony Robbins,Eckhart Tolle all say that the mind is an illusion-its just a compilation of images,video and audio and past experiences embedded in your memory!
So the point is in this case jumping is required and creeping will not help.

Relationships

Now there are situations where you need to jump and believe and love the other person and there are times where you need to creep and build trust !
